Rabat, Sha'ban 15, 1439, May 1, 2018, SPA -- The Kingdom of Morocco has decided to break off its relations with Iran because of the military support of its ally the Hezbollah movement for the "Polisario", announced Tuesday Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Nasser Bourita. In a statement issued by Maghreb Arab Press, the Moroccan Foreign Minister made the announcement upon his return from Tehran, where he met with Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohammad Javad Zari. "I will receive the Iranian Charge d'affaires to Morocco and will ask him to leave the country immediately," he added.
