Aden, Dhu-AlHijjah 21, 1437, Sep 22, 2016, SPA -- Yemeni President Abdu Rabbo Mansur Hadi received, in New York, today, the European Union High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini. The official Yemeni News Agency reported that the President has talked, during the reception, of the procedures to transfer the headquarters of the Yemeni Central Bank to Aden, as the Houthis have embezzled its potentials and resources for their criminal war efforts, at the expense of the citizen bread, interest of the people and confiscating incomes and life dues of the employees.
