Riyadh, Rabi'II 21, 1437, Jan 31, 2016, SPA -- The Command of Arab Alliance Supporting the Legitimate Government in Yemen announced today the formation of a high-level independent group on weapons and international humanitarian law to assess accidents and targeting mechanisms. This came in a statement issued by the Alliance's command in which it stressed respecting and committing to the international humanitarian law and rights, and regretted civilian casualties in Yemen. It also reiterated that the Command takes all precautions to protect civilians, medical staff, humanitarian organizations, relief agencies, journalists and media workers.
