Kuala Lumpur, Rabi'I 25, 1437, Jan 5, 2016, SPA -- Malaysia has called on Tehran to take all appropriate steps to protect foreign missions in Iran following the mob attacks on Saudi diplomatic missions. Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Anifah Aman, in a statement issued today, said this was in accordance with the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations. He also called for the necessary legal action to be taken against the perpetrators of the attacks.
