Washington, Rabi'I 16, 1436, January 07, 2015, SPA -- The Palestinians will join the International Criminal Court on April 1, United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said Tuesday night. In a statement posted on a U.N. website, Mr. Ban said he had received the signed treaty submitted by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Tuesday night, formalizing his signature to join the world’s war-crimes tribunal.
