Moscow, Muharram 27, 1436, November 20, 2014, SPA -- International observers monitoring the ceasefire in eastern Ukraine were shot at from military personnel in territory controlled by government forces, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) said, according to dpa. The observers were travelling in two vehicles west of the city of Donetsk on Wednesday, when one of two soldiers on board a lorry in front of them got up and fired two shots at them, the OSCE said in a statement published late Wednesday. The bullets struck about 2 metres from one of the OSCE vehicles, hurting nobody.
