Prior to the Prince's speech and at the outset of the meeting, the Cultural Attaché at the Saudi Embassy in the United States of America, Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa delivered a speech in which he welcomed, in his name and on behalf of all employees of the attaché office and students on scholarships, the Prince's visit and his meeting with the students, considering it as an impetus for the students for excellence and creativity.
