Riyadh, Dhu-AlHijjah 28, 1435, October 22, 2014, SPA -- The President of Saudi Press Agency (SPA) Abdullah bin Fahd Al-Hussein received at his office here today Acting Director General and Chief Editor of Oman News Agency Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Al-Oraimi. At the outset of the meeting, President Al-Hussein welcomed Dr. Al-Oraimi, and thanked him for this visit. During the meeting, they discussed aspects of cooperation between Saudi and Omani News Agencies in the field of news and technological fields, as well as aspects of joint cooperation in the media field. President Al-Hussein briefed the guest on the mechanism of action in SPA and its information role in covering events locally and internationally and highlighting the renaissance being witnessed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all fields. The meeting was attended by SPA Acting Vice President and Director General of News Department Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Awadh, and Director of Technical Department Engineer Abdullah bin Safar Al-Ghamdi.
