The Ministers affirmed their support for the Syrian National Coalition and Opposition Forces, and they agreed to take practical steps to increase training and assistance to the moderate Syrian opposition to protect civilians from the brutality of the regime and terrorist violence, and held accountable anyone committed a crime against the Syrian people. They also stressed their commitment to constant efforts to alleviate the sufferings of the Syrian people whose life has been affected profoundly by the crisis, demanding that the regime allow the entry of all humanitarian assistance.
