Saudi-Iraqi Joint Maneuvers Arab Brothers 1 Concluded in Northern Region

Riyadh, June 20, 2022, SPA -- The Saudi-Iraqi joint maneuvers "Arab Brothers 1" are concluded today in the Northern Region, which saw the participation of Saudi and Iraqi land troops, in the presence of Deputy Commander of the Royal Saudi Land Forces Major General Ahmad bin Abdullah Al-Migren; Deputy Commander of the Iraqi Land Forces Major General Saeb Obeid Al-Muhayyawi; Saudi Military Attaché in Iraq Brigadier General Nasser Al-Sadon and Iraqi Military Attaché in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Brigadier General Dawood Abdulkarim. The drill, which was kicked off on June 12, included several workshops that aimed at unifying military concepts, training to use tactical simulators for implementing the exercise scenario, dealing with systems of the command and control at all levels, and training and application of war methods in built-up areas.
