Ramallah, May 7, 2022, SPA -- The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned in the strongest terms the Israeli occupation's decision to build thousands of new settlement units in the occupied West Bank, with the aim of deepening existing settlements and building more outposts at the expense of the occupied State of Palestine. It strongly condemned the attacks by armed terrorist militias and settlers on Palestinian citizens, their land, vehicles and homes throughout the occupied West Bank, including their continued provocative arrogance on the main roads and streets. The Palestinian Foreign Ministry also described the Israeli occupation's decision to build thousands of new settlement units as a blatant challenge to international legitimacy and its resolutions and the international consensus rejecting settlements.
