Riyadh, October 12, 2022, SPA -- The Heritage Commission has registered 101 new archaeological and historical sites in the National Antiquities Register. The archaeological sites that were registered included 81 sites in Hail region, while 9 sites in Tabuk region, 6 sites in Medina region, 3 in Qassim region, and 1 site in Asir and Al-Jouf regions, bringing the total number of registered sites up to 8,528 archaeological sites across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
