Riyadh Governor Crowns Winners of Founder's Two Cups for Horses Racing

Riyadh, Mar 19, 2022, SPA -- Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud who is the Honorary President of the Horse Racing Club, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh region attended this evening the Grand Annual Festival of the Horse Racing Club on the two cups of the late founder King Abdulaziz bin Abdurrahman Al Saud for purebred Arabian horses and production horses. After Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz took his place in the ceremony, the royal anthem was played, then the 9th round of the race dedicated to the "Founder's Cup" for purebred Arabian horses, a local production of only four years old, began, with a prize of 5 million riyals at a distance of 1,600 meters. The 10th round of the race dedicated to the "Founder's Cup", classified with open scores for production horses, started with a prize of 5 million riyals at a distance of 1,600 meters.
