The agreement, which was attended by the Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Eng. Haitham bin Abdulrahman Al-Ohali, was signed by the CEO of Zain Saudi Arabia, Eng. Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Deghaither, and the CEO of PLAYHERA Naif Mulaeb.
