Makkah, May 21, 2022, SPA-- As many as 800,000 Umrah performers and visitors have benefited from the program of answering the questioners, overseen by The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, represented by the General Administration for Guidance Affairs, in addition to receiving nearly 600,000 calls, since the beginning of 2022. The agency provided the program for transmitting approved fatwas (jurisprudence), correcting some beliefs, and guiding the Grand Holy Mosque visitors in terms of performing Umrah, its procedures, and requirements, through 26 participating scholars and several judges and university professors specialized in Sharia sciences and highly qualified in the issuance of fatwas. The General Administration for Guidance Affairs has allocated 10 call stations in the Grand Holy Mosque in 10 languages as well as four offices operating round the clock where the Umrah performers and visitors can benefit from the inquiry services in addition to the Robot services which have benefited around 60,000 people. --SPA 18:21 LOCAL TIME 15:21 GMT 0009 www.spa.gov.sa/w1736235
