GCC SG Condemns Terrorist Attack on an Oil Refinery in Riyadh

Riyadh, Mar. 12, 2022, SPA-- Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Dr. Nayef Falah Mubarak Al-Hajraf has condemned the terrorist attack with booby-trapped drones on an oil refinery in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. GCC Secretary General stressed that this attack, which resulted in a small fire that was brought under control and the previous terrorist and sabotage acts repeatedly committed with the aim of targeting the security of energy supplies, does not target the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its economic capabilities only, but also the security of the GCC countries, along with regional and international security and stability.
