Health Ministry Spokesman Reports 36 New Confirmed COVID-19 Cases, 48 Recoveries in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh, November 21, 2021, SPA -- Official Spokesman of the Ministry of Health Dr. Mohammed Al-Abdulaali, in a press conference, reported 36 new confirmed cases of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia today, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 549,479, including 2,065 active cases. Of these, there are 49 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable, he added. Dr. Al-Abdulaali said that 48 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total recoveries to 538,590 cases. Also, one new death has been reported, bringing the total deaths to 8,824, said the health ministry spokesman.
