KSrelief Organizes Course to Train Aden Airport Staff on COVID-19 Preventive Measures

Aden, October 12, 2021, SPA -- King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) yesterday in Aden Governorate, Yemen organized a training course for workers at border crossings on preventive measures to avoid contracting the infection from passengers arriving in Yemen, targeting 40 participants with the participation of employees of the Aden International Airport in cooperation with the World Health Organization and the Yemeni Ministry of Public Health and Population. Participants, over five days, will be receiving knowledge and skills on dealing with expected cases coming through the airport if they are confirmed of being infected with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Dr. Jamal Al-Mass, director of the port health and quarantine centers at the Yemeni ministry, praised KSrelief’s efforts in supporting this course that can lay a role in enhancing health procedures through checking on arrivals in Yemen.
