Riyadh, Oct. 05, 2021, SPA -- An official source at the Ministry of Interior announced that travelers belonging to the following categories are allowed to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia directly from countries where spending 14 days before entering the Kingdom is previously required, provided that they meet the necessary requirements for institutional quarantine and vaccine-taking during the quarantine: 1- Faculty members and who are alike at universities, colleges and institutes. 2- Teachers in the Public Education. 3- Training-involved bodies at the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training and Training Institutes. 4- Scholarship students. Those who have received a dose or have completed receiving doses of the vaccine inside the Kingdom are excluded from applying the institutional quarantine, including the companions of the above-mentioned categories and their families, as well as workers in the public and private sectors. The official source added that a suspension of travel is lifted for citizens under the age of 18 years old to the Kingdom of Bahrain, with applying the relevant measures for the citizens' travel. The source added that these decisions are taken in light of the great efforts made by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to curb the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19), and based on what has been submitted by the competent health authorities in the Kingdom. The source stressed the need for everyone to adhere to the precautionary and preventive measures and approved protocols.
