Dialogue Session on Human Capacity Development Program Held in Riyadh

Riyadh, September 27, 2021, SPA -- Dialogue session was held yesterday in Riyadh on the details, objectives and initiatives of the Human Capacity Development Program, which bears the title "Global Competitive Citizen", as it is considered one of the most important programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which aims to transfer the concept of global competition from the space of the dream to the implementation. The session was held with the participation of a number of members of the Program Committee, including Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Eng. Ahmed Al-Rajhi, Minister of Education Dr. Hamad Al Al-Sheikh, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Mr. Bandar Al-Khorayef, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Education and Training Evaluation Authority Dr. Khaled Al-Sabti, and others. The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed Al-Rajhi, addressed the mechanism of the program’s contribution to bridging the gap between education and training institutions based on labor market requirement. While, Minister of Education, Dr. Hamad Al Al-Sheikh, stated that the program will being a comprehensive strategy for the development of human capabilities, starting from the kindergarten stage, passing through the stage of general and university education, technical and vocational training, and then the stage of entering the labor market until the post-retirement stage.
