Jeddah, November 05, 2020, SPA -- With a direct support from His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense, the Ministry of Sports, announced here today, in collaboration with Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation, that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will host "Formula 1 Saudi Arabia Grand Prix" in Jeddah next November, 2021. This partnership is extended for 15 coming years with Formula 1. In light of the unlimited support from HRH the Crown Prince the sports sector enjoys, this hosting comes following a series of successes in hosting international events in various games, as well as in line with the plans and objectives of the Kingdom Vision 2030 to consolidate the Kingdom's value and position regionally and globally. In a press statement to mark the occasion, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal said that, thanks to God Almighty and in light of the great support that the sports sector enjoys from His Highness the Crown Prince, we are proud today to announce the Kingdom's hosting of the" Saudi Formula 1 " world motor race, in implementation of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which confirms the Kingdom's keenness to increase interest in various sports and their diversity with all groups and ages for all citizens and residents as well as tourists, as an incentive for investors to enter strongly in the sports sector, which is witnessing a great growth year after year.
