Jeddah, September 9, 2021, SPA -- Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen strongly denounced the terrorist Houthi militia’s failed attempts to target civilians and civilian objects in Khamis Mushait City, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with three bomb-laden drones, praising, at the same time, the Saudi Air Defense Forces’ efficiency and skills in intercepting and destroying the drones before reaching their targets. Dr. Al-Othaimeen reiterated his calls on the international community to take decisive stances to stop the continuous cowardly threats with ballistic missiles and UAVs that the Houthi militia uses to target civilians and civilian objects. He stressed the OIC’s firm position that considers the Houthi militia’s practices a blatant challenge to international humanitarian law and war crimes.
