Khartoum, August 20, 2021, SPA -- In cooperation with the Muslim World League, King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has concluded its Cardiac and Catheterization Program for adults at Alia Specialized Hospital in Omdurman in Sudan, by performing 102 cardiac catheterization operations and 23 open-heart surgeries. Saudi Ambassador to Sudan, Ali bin Hassan Jaafar, affirmed in a press statement that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's humanitarian works in the world reflect its approach in serving humanity, commending the historical relations between the Kingdom and Sudan. For his part, the Chief of Staff of Sudanese Armed Forces, General Muhammad Othman Al-Hussein, expressed his appreciation and thanks for the great charitable works of KSrelief in Sudan, noting that these programs came at the right time to alleviate the suffering of the needy people. General Al-Hussein expressed his thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Crown Prince for supporting Sudan in various fields.
