First: Amending the Cabinet Decisions No. (490), dated 11/12/1437H, No. (720), dated on 28/12/1438H, and No. (257), dated 16/5/1440H, regarding discussing and signing drafts of memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (previously) and each of the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources in the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation, and the Ministry of Energy in the Republic of Bulgaria, as stated in the decision. Second: Approval of authorizing the Minister of Interior or his deputy, to discuss with the Moroccan side a draft agreement of extradition of the wanted and the convicted between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government of the Kingdom of Morocco, sign it, and submit the final version to complete formal procedures. Third: Approval of authorizing the Minister of Foreign Affairs or his deputy, to discuss with the United Nations proposing what is necessary in making amendments to the agreement concluded between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and submit it to complete formal procedures. Fourth: Approval of authorizing the Acting Minister of Media who is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi or his deputy, to discuss with the Vietnamese side a draft of memorandum of understanding for cooperation and exchange of news between the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) and the Vietnamese News Agency (VNA), sign it, and submit the final version to complete formal procedures. Fifth: Approval of authorizing the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture who is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saline Water Conversion Corporation or his deputy, to discuss with the U.S. side a draft memorandum of understanding between the Saline Water Conversion Corporation in in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Department of Energy in the United States of America in the field of desalination of sea water, sign it, and submit the final version to complete formal procedures. --More 01:02 LOCAL TIME 22:02 GMT 0029 www.spa.gov.sa/w1317694
