Khobar, 07 Rajab,1438 AH, 04 April,2017 , SPA --Saudi customs patrols have blocked two vehicles from smuggling over 900 bottles and cans of alcohol at King Fahd Causeway. The acting general manager of Customs at the Causeway Sulaiman Al-Belaihed said customs patrols foiled two attempts to smuggle the substances by two private vehicles. The first vehicle contained 48 bottles hidden inside the fuel tank, while the second vehicle carried 31 bottles and 836 cans distributed inside the car’s cavities and in camouflaged boxes in the trunk of the car. --SPA 14:59 LOCAL TIME 11:59 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w369817
