Riyadh, January 23, 2020, SPA -- The First Saudi Forum for Biosafety and Biosecurity, organized by the Saudi Society for Clinical Laboratory Sciences, was kicked off at the headquarters of the College of Medicine at King Saud University today. The Forum aims to raise awareness about biosecurity and biosafety in both medical and research laboratories and urge the government and private sectors to adhere to principles of biosecurity and biosafety, in pursuit of health security, in line with international covenants and treaties, according to the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
