Djibouti, Nov. 05, 2019, SPA -- Djibouti President Ismaïl Omar Guelleh congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Crown Prince, on the occasion of signing Riyadh Agreement between the Yemeni Legitimate Government and the Southern Transitional Council.
