Rome, Nov. 05, 2019, SPA -- The GCC Secretariat General participated in the 31st Conference of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer which took place in Rome, Italy, during the period from 4 - 8 November 2019.
