Riyadh, May 03, 2020, SPA -- Minister of Justice and infath’s Chairman Waleed Alsamaani has launched today the Center’s website and the service providers platform. The platform will enable those who are eligible from the private sector to join the competition in liquidations and sales activities that are assigned to the Center from other judicial, governmental or private entities. Entrustment and Liquidation Center (infath) offers an enormous opportunity for the private sector in liquidations and sales activities. In addition to the Center’s primary aim of fulfilling rights and speeding up the process of serving justice, the Center will enhance the role of the private sector in the activities that fall under its jurisdiction such as accounting, law, sales, judicial storekeeping, sales, administrative advisory and evaluation. Entrustment and Liquidation Center (infath) comes at a time where the Kingdom is witnessing an immense transformation in many fields, including the judicial ecosystem. The Center seeks to achieve cooperation between the judicial ecosystem and other government entities in fields of liquidations and sales. It also aims at lifting the burden of technical supervision from the judiciary system, and relying on technically specialized entities from the private sector. This will help immensely in enhancing the efficiency of financial security, thus building a social trust and providing many opportunities. The Center has called administrative advisors, chartered accountants, lawyers, sales agents, judicial storekeepers, judicial custodians, engineers and evaluators to sign up on the service providers platform (infath.sa). --SPA 01:24 LOCAL TIME 22:24 GMT 0030 www.spa.gov.sa/w1321068
