Occupied Quds, Dhu-AlQa'dah 5, 1438, Jul 28, 2017, SPA -- Tens of thousands of Palestinian residents of occupied Al-Quds and the inside of the Palestinians held Friday prayers at Al-Aqsa mosque, streets and roads in front of the gates of al-Aqsa, the gates of old Al-Quds, squares and neighborhoods adjacent to Al-Quds Wall: Wadi Al-Jawz. The occupation of Al-Quds has been confined to a military barracks, severely restricting the entry of citizens to the Al-Aqsa mosque, preventing those under 50 from entering Jerusalem and praying at the Al-Aqsa mosque, while pushing more of its selected and special units and Border Guards. The Old City of Al-Quds and its expanse that extends from Ras Al-Amud, Wadi Al-Jawz, Sawwanah and Sheikh Jarrah, as well as the closing of the area from the Bab Al-Amoud area (one of the most famous old gates of Al-Quds) to Sultan Al-Suleiman Street and Bab Al-Sahera Street. The Grand Mufti of Al-Quds and the Palestinian territories, Sheikh Mohammed Hussein, gave a Friday sermon in Al-Aqsa, focusing on the Al-Aqsa mosque, while tens of thousands of worshipers marched in Wadi Al-Jawz neighborhood to Al-Sawana neighborhood, Saladin Street, Al-Amoud Gate and Al-Masarara Commercial District. -- SPA 23:31 LOCAL TIME 20:31 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w455460
