Jeddah, Jumada I 11, 1438, February 08, 2017, SPA -- Ministerial Conference of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on marriage and the family and preservation of their values in the OIC member states kicked off the activities of the preparatory meeting of its 1st session here today. The two day meeting was chaired by head of the Saudi delegation, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development Ziyad Al-Sayegh, who delivered a speech welcoming the participants at the conference of the ministries concerned with family affairs in the members of the OIC countries, in the presence of experts and representatives from international and regional organizations and civil society organizations working in the field of family. --SPA 15:20 LOCAL TIME 12:20 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w328275
