Riyadh, Rabi'I 14, 1438, December 13, 2016, SPA -- Saudi Human Rights Commission signed here today a memorandum of understanding with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) to promote technical cooperation between the two sides for more enhancement and protection of human rights.
