Ottawa, Dhu-AlHijjah 27, 1437, September 28, 2016, SPA -- Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabiah, Advisor at the Royal Court and General Supervisor of King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid met separately today with representative of United Nations Higher Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) in Canada Johansson Clough, and Canadian Council's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Refugees Janet Dench, at the headquarters of the Saudi Embassy in Ottawa, in the presence of Saudi Ambassador to Canada Naif bin Bandar Al-Sudairi. During the meetings, they were briefed by Dr. Al-Rabiah on the relief and humanitarian works achieved by the center over the last period which amounted to 118 programs in various fields in more than 30 countries with total costs US $ 550 millions. The UNHCR representative and the CEO of the Canadian Council for Refugees in Canada praised the great works being provided by the center to the beneficiary countries and the fruitful cooperation with the United Nations organizations which commended the efforts being provided by the center.
