Riyadh, Dhu-AlQa'dah 4, 1438, Jul 27, 2017, SPA -- Coalition Forces in Yemen today announced the appointment of a new spokesperson, Colonel Pilot Turki bin Saleh al-Maliki. Colonel Turki replaces Major General Ahmad Asiri, the former spokesperson for Operation Decisive Storm and Operation Restoring Hope. Coalition Forces Command said in its press release: "‏Colonel pilot Turki bin Saleh al-Maliki has been appointed as the official spokesman for the Coalition and has begun his duties." The Coalition leadership said it would continue its policy of communicating transparently and openly about its military campaign to support the legitimate government of Yemen.
