Juba, Rabi'I 20, 1438, Dec 19, 2016, SPA -- Five people were killed Monday when a fuel tanker exploded on the outskirts of the South Sudanese capital Juba, dpa cited police as saying. The driver of the tanker lost control and veered into roadside shops, police spokesman Justin Boula said.
