Riyadh, 26 Ramadan,1437 AH, 01 July,2016 , SPA -- The Ministry of Interior has alerted Saudi citizens wishing to travel to the Federal Republic of Germany to know entry visas regulations and all relevant information. The Director General of General Directorate of Relations and Information in the Ministry of Interior, Major General Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Maraol, explained that the Interior Ministry had received from the Foreign Ministry that it is working on following up resolving all difficulties being faced by Saudis at Frankfurt airport, including the lack of knowledge of some of entry visas regulations to Germany, the confusion that occurs when they receive (Schengen) visa from other embassy and not from the German embassy and the importance of applying for a visa from the embassy of the country that the traveler arrives at first, or he will be considered violating the regulations of the Convention. Major General. Al-Maraol said that visa offices, travel and tourism agencies should apply for a visa for the traveler for the state to be arrived first with the obligation to translate all forms into Arabic so that the traveler be aware of the details of visa and its compliance with the goal of traveling, and translate all the instructions issued to travelers from the embassy to which the application is submitted. -- SPA 14:30 LOCAL TIME 11:30 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
