Kuala Lumpur, Sha'ban 10, 1437, May 17, 2016, SPA -- A Malaysian air force trainer aircraft on Tuesday crashed in a paddy field, injuring one of the crew, dpa cited a military statement as saying. The Italian-made Aermacchi MB339CM plane was on a training flight when it encountered technical difficulties near Pekan town in the state of Pahang, about 190 kilometres north-east of Kuala Lumpur, the statement said. The two pilots aboard the aircraft were able to eject before it crashed in the village of Nenasi. One sustained a broken leg, it added. --SPA 12:03 LOCAL TIME 09:03 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
