Kuwait, Shawwal 10, 1437, Jul 15, 2016, SPA -- Kuwait's Foreign Ministry expressed Friday Kuwait's condemnation of the criminal attack which hit the city of Nice in France, leaving at least 84 people dead and over 100 others injured. A source at the Ministry expressed utter contempt towards the attack which occurred on the eve of France's national celebration.
