Beni, Dhu-AlHijjah 14, 1437, Sep 16, 2016, SPA -- Thirteen people have been killed in clashes between the Congolese army and Ugandan rebels in eastern Congo, military sources said Friday. Army spokesman Mak Hazukay Mongba said seven members of the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) had been killed since the fighting started about 40 kilometers north-east of the city of Beni on Wednesday. Other military sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said six soldiers had also been killed.
