Riyadh, Rajab 25, 1437, May 02, 2016, SPA -- Yemeni President Abdrabbou Mansour Hadi today accused the Houthi and Saleh militias of derailing Kuwait consultations, based on the UN resolution No. 2216, the GCC initiative and its executive mechanism and the outcomes of the national dialogue as well as the confidence-building steps, mainly the ceasefire, withdrawal from cities, surrender of weapons, release of prisoners, opening of passages for medical and food relief to all cities, particularly the city of Taiz.
