Riyadh, Shawwal 15, 1437, July 20, 2016, SPA -- Yemeni President Abdrabbou Mansour Hadi lashed out at the Houthi militia stationed in North Yemen for repeated attacks on Saudi border regions, depicting the practice as flagrant violation of the April 2016 truce reached between the two warring parties in Yemen. Speaking at a meeting with his senior aides he presided over in Riyadh today, Hadi said the violations committed by the Houthi troops and forces loyal to deposed president Ali Saleh are on the increase at all battle fields. During the meeting, which was attended by Vice President General Ali Mohsen Al-Ahmer and Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Obaid bin Doghr, the conferees were briefed on the latest developments at the Yemeni arena, including the meetings of the UN envoy to Yemen Ismail Ould Alchieck and the conditions for the return of the Yemeni government delegation to Kuwait to resume the political consultations with the rebels under the auspices of the United Nations and host country, Kuwait. For his part, Doghr briefed the meeting on his recent visit to Aden, lauding the support provided for the Yemeni people by the Arab coalition countries, led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. --SPA 18:52 LOCAL TIME 15:52 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
