Jakarta, Rabi'II 29, 1437, February 08, 2016, SPA -- A landslide and flooding killed three people and left four others missing in Indonesia's West Sumatra province, an official said Monday, according to dpa. Six people were buried when a landslide hit their homes in Solok district late Sunday after days of heavy rain, said Sutopo Nugroho, a spokesman for the National Disaster Management Agency. Rescuers found two bodies and were looking for the four others, he said. Floods inundated about 100 houses in West Sumatra's Pangkalan Nagari district and caused one person to drown, Sutopo said. Landslides and floods are common in Indonesia during the rainy season. --SPA 09:59 LOCAL TIME 06:59 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
