Khartoum, Sudan, Rajab 23, 1437, Apr 30, 2016, SPA -- Sudan's army says a military transport plane has crashed due to a technical failure while landing in the country's south, killing all five crew members, AP reported. Spokesman Brig. Gen. Ahmed Khalifa Ahmed Al-Shami says the Saturday crash in the city of el-Obeid killed three officers and two non-commissioned officers. The city is some 385 miles (620 kilometers) southwest of the capital, Khartoum.
