Then, the President of Cairo University Dr. Jaber Al-Nassar, delivered a speech in which he said the founders of the University of Fuad the Ist have, since its starting in early 20th century, managed to award honorary doctorate degrees to social pioneers and figures who enrich their societies and lead them towards civilization, making progress for their citizens and defending their nations, their pride, and dignity.
