Joint Statement Issued at Conclusion of Deputy Crown Prince's Visit to Jordan

Amman, Rajab 4, 1437, Apr 11, 2016, SPA -- A joint statement issued here today following the end of the visit paid by Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defiance, to Jordan. The statement said Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Primer and Minister of Defense visited Jordan today at the invitation of King Abdullah II of Jordan. During the visit, the Deputy Crown Prince conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince to King Abdullah II. Prince Mohammed and King Abdullah II held a meeting today and discussed the overall relations between the two countries and ways of developing them. They also discussed the latest developments on regional and international arenas. The two sides expressed the importance of strengthening political consultation between the two countries on issues of regional crises, and the importance of maintaining the territorial integrity, sovereignty and stability of the region's countries. They also rejected any interference in the region's internal affairs.
