Islamabad, Rabi'I 25, 1437, Jan 5, 2016, SPA -- The Central "Ahl Al- Hadith" Society in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan has expressed its support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's decision to cut diplomatic relations with Iran after the attacks on the Saudi Embassy in Tehran and its consulate in the Iranian city of Mashhad, and due to the threats sent by Iranian elements to Saudi diplomats there. In a press statement, the Vice-Chairman of the Society and member of the Supreme Council for Islamic Thought of the Government of Pakistan, Sheikh Mohammed Ali Abu Turab said, "The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as an Islamic state applies the Islamic law in its rulings in accordance with the Holy Quran and Prophetic Sunnah, and has the right to punish the terrorist elements that seek to breach security and stability in the land of the Two Holy Mosques, and Iran or any other country has no right to interfere in the internal affairs of the Kingdom." --SPA 13:29 LOCAL TIME 10:29 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
