Istanbul, Jumada II 11, 1437, Mar 20, 2016, SPA -- Turkish Interior Minister Efkan Ala said Sunday that the terrorist extremist ISIS group was behind the suicide bombing in Istanbul, dpa reported. Ala identified the bomber as Mehmet Ozturk from Gaziantep, a southern Turkish city near the border with Syria.
