Kathmandu, Rajab 27, 1436, May 16, 2015, SPA - Rescuers recovered the bodies of all those aboard a US Marine Corps helicopter that crashed in Nepal during an earthquake relief mission, authorities said Saturday, according to dpa. "Eight bodies have been recovered," the Nepal Army said. "The chopper was carrying two Nepalese Army personnel and six US Marines onboard. All bodies are not recognizable." The aircraft was discovered Friday in remote and rugged terrain between Dolakha and Sindupalchowk districts at an altitude of around at 11,200 feet, in the north-eastern region. US Lt Gen John Wissler, commander of the III Marine Expeditionary Force, said officials were still investigating the cause of the accident. The UH-IY Huey helicopter went missing during a relief mission Tuesday in Dolakha district, the epicentre of a 7.3-magnitude earthquake that killed 117 people. More than 8,300 died in a 7.8-magnitude quake that struck Nepal on April 25. --SPA 11:53 LOCAL TIME 08:53 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
