Arar, Rabi'I 2, 1437, Dec 13, 2015, SPA -- Mayor of the northern border region and Chairman of the Local Election Committee for Municipal Elections in its third session 1436/1437 AH (2015), Engineer Abdelmoneim Al-Rashid announced today's morning the preliminary results in which a number of candidates won in the municipal council elections of the northern border region.
