Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Moqbel, Minister of Transport of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, arrived in Doha this evening to lead his country's delegation to the 19th Meeting of the GCC Transport Ministers Council, scheduled for tomorrow in the Qatari capital.
